Holistic Health and Wellness
Incorporating nutrition, movement, mindfulness, and supplements, my goal is to help women in midlife have more agency of their health, and take a proactive approach to longevity, specifically in areas such as bone health, blood sugar regulation, cardiovascular care, and stress management.
My Story
For years, I thrived in high-powered executive roles, navigating the relentless pace of meetings, travel, and constant connection. Behind that polished exterior, I was grappling with persistent fatigue, metabolic imbalances, and early signs of bone loss. Despite a disciplined fitness routine and what I believed was a healthy diet, my body was signaling distress. To be completely frank, over the past 15 years, I have experienced vitamin b12 deficiency anemia, elevated blood sugar levels, signaling prediabetes, and low bone density, signaling osteopenia. As I approached midlife, it became clear that the strategies that once sustained me were no longer enough.
For almost two decades, through personal experience and collaboration with both Western and Eastern practitioners, I developed a more integrated understanding of women’s health. This path led to the creation of Peribloom—a sanctuary for women ready to reclaim their well-being with compassion, patience, and curiosity. My goal is to equip you with knowledge and understanding of your own body, and how to support it with appropriate methods of fitness, diet, mindfulness and supplementation to take you through your next stage in life.
